- CPA collaboration tools and document preparation.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and account access.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Free Trial
Revenli offers a 3-month free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start your trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period with no obligation. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be downgraded.
5. Paid Subscriptions
- Subscription pricing is as listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days advance notice.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with 30 days notice.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property
The Revenli platform, including its AI agents, algorithms, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Revenli and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your financial data remains yours at all times. You grant Revenli a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Revenli provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any tax decisions, financial outcomes, or losses resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenli's total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Revenli in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.
- Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data from the platform.
- After the 30-day export window, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Revenli reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Revenli shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
